The launch of PSLV-C23, for which Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Sriharikota spaceport on Sunday, will send five international satellites into orbit: the French earth-observation Spot-7 satellite, Aisat from Germany, NLS7-1 and NLS7-2 from Canada, and Velox-1 of Singapore.
