Alex Garland – the screenwriter responsible for 28 Days Later and Dredd 3D – is set to make his directorial debut with sci-fi thriller Ex Machina early next year, and now we have our first poster for the upcoming flick.
The poster comes ahead of the first international trailer for the movie, which we should have tomorrow. Ex Machina is a psychological thriller in which a 24-year-old coder at the world's largest internet company, played by Star Wars: Episode VII star Domhnall Gleeson, wins a competition to spend a week at an exclusive retreat owned by his reclusive CEO.
Once there, however, he discovers he's actually been selected to take part in an experiment with the world's first true A.I. housed in the body of a beautiful robot woman.
